環境好，酒店靚，早餐可以，可惜酒店暖氣系統壞咗，全日29度以上，又焗又熱，我覺得佢那麼靚的酒店應該可以做好啲

Soggiornata in questa struttura per due giorni! Tutto perfetto! Dal mangiare , alle camere spaziose (superior) al servizio in spiaggia! Ottima anche la pizza ( con forno elettrico) servita sul terrazzo con vista mare.. Tengo a precisare che sono rimasta sorpresa dalla gentilezza e disponibilità di tutto il personale, nessuno escluso, cosa non scontata.

The hotel is old but in the beach. The staff is absolutely horrible with the exception of Tonino. They are rude and treat Americans like second class citizens. The day manager is even more rude than the staff Obviously he leads by example and instills bad behavior in everybody . The staff does not care about guests and they do not take pride in doing their job. They are just there to make a buck Breakfast is horrible Do not stay on the fifth floor as you may break a leg going up and down the stairs especially if it rains. There is a strong sewage for coming from the bathroom and the rooms are dirty with hairs all over. They don’t have blankets !! Imagine it’s November and all you have to cover yourself with are 2 sheets. The hotel is unused mainly by tours such as Globus other wise why would anyone stay there? To get abused and be offended?

This hotel is rated 4 star but can't see how this rating has been achieved. Great location hotel on the beach, however, it has deteriorated and is in need of refurbishment. We found some of the staff unhelpful, and quite short tempered and angry. Breakfast staff were particularly unhelpful, and intolerant of the customers. The reception staff also seemed intolerant and stressed. The rooms are in need of upgrade, and the tea and coffee facilities in paper cups is new to us. Breakfast was limited, but the evening meal we had on the last night was quite good, which gave this review an extra star.

If I wanted a very basic hotel I would have booked one. Definitely not 4 star. Room clean but tired. Cracked and chipped floor tiles. Bathroom grout not really clean. Tiny piece of hand soap but no soap dish so it is going slimy on the edge of the sink. You need to run the shower for an age before water runs hot. Towels are like sandpaper and look old. Very basic white painted furniture that is chipped. Balcony furniture is rusty. Tea and coffee in room but no milk. No glasses in room just paper cups. Only one socket in the room which our Italian adaptor will fit and have to crawl under the dressing table to access this. Breakfast is poor. Little choice of fresh fruit. I think the bacon must have been steamed it looked vile. Coffee is from a machine and is the worst I have ever tasted . Coffee cups ran out before 8am and we were offered soup bowls instead???Staff are rude no idea why they are working in hospitality. Thank.gid it was only fir 3 nights

The only plus of this hotel is the beach. It's a 1 minute walk and there are plenty of lounge chairs and umbrellas. There are lifeguards on duty all the time. It is a rocky beach, no sand. No extra charge for towels or chairs. However, I was disappointed with the staff and hotel room. For people working in hospitality they don't care to help the guests. The WiFi is so spotty, it goes in and out all the time. I asked for help, all they said is our room is far from the router and I should stand closer to the door to use it. I had to take a meeting there, and ended up in the lobby as it was the only place I could find the WiFi was good. It is really hard to get taxis here, even though there is a stand outside. We asked for help calling a taxi to take a kayak tour and gave an address that is not far from the hotel at a landmark. I even told them the name of the kayak company so they could use that for google maps if it was easier. For being locals, the taxi and hotel staff clearly didn't know the area. The taxi got lost, and we missed our tour, and paid extra to come back. When I complained to the hotel that the taxi they called was not competent, they said it was my fault that I gave a wrong address. It was a tour company website address so you would think the staff would be familiar with it. The walls are paper thin, we could hear people partying and it was tough to sleep. The AC kind of works, again depending on what part of the room you are near. I am sure there are less expensive hotels around with nicer staff. Don't stay here unless your entire vacation is to sit on a rocky beach.
